Rooms, breakfast, amenities are fairly standard, not a bad stop for a quick overnight road trip stay. I'd like to recognize the front desk attendant (unfortunately I forgot his name!) for helping us with getting change for the washers/dryers and also notifying me when I left behind something valuable and helping me reunite with it. Stellar customer service!
I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, with no signs of bed bugs, and everything worked perfectly. The bedding was comfortable, and I enjoyed a hot shower with quality bath products. The towels were soft, and there was a convenient coffee maker in the room. Overall, it was a good for the price room. The hotel staff was exceptional, especially the young lady who assisted me with my reservation. She was polite, professional, and very helpful. The price of my room was lower than other nearby hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast offered a good variety, including hot food options, so there was something for everyone. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping and just an 11-minute drive to downtown Champaign. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
Every thing was very good. There was one moment that was stressful to my wife. We booked our room and there was another person with the same name who came to the same hotel at the same time. The reception desk checked us into the other person's room that was for one night, ours was for 5 nights. We received a call from the hotel while visiting people and my wife was afraid we were to be evicted. Everything worked out with management and we finished our vacation without further incident.
The rooms are comfortable and well cared for. Good tv and channel options.This hallway carpet seemed worn. The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast was usually eggs with sausage/links. The meat sometimes didn’t appear appetizing but was edible . Limited bread options. Very little wholesome or whole grain choices. Fruit was usually apples and sometimes bananas. All in all the breakfast was better than just cereal and pastry, but I’ve had better at other Best Westerns, but we came here to sleep not dine necessarily..Remember, it’s a hotel not a restaurant.
Seems like a decent hotel; clean and worked well for what we needed. The pool is on the smaller side, but overall it’s not too bad. Breakfast is your typical hotel servings. Would come back again when in the area.
I had a three night Stay in this hotel, and it was awesome! The staff is friendly, the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is good! I would recommend this to any of my friends or family.
The room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful all night. The pool was a little cold, but it was clean and fun. I didn't wake up for breakfast, so I cant comment on that. But overall, this is a great hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
